Cancellation and No-Show Policy
In order to maintain a fair and efficient schedule for all clients, I must enforce the following cancellation policy:
Clients are still required to follow the 48-hour cancellation procedure.
Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 30% of the service cost.
The $25 book fee is not refundable.
Book Fee
To schedule an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
It cannot be transferred.
In case of cancellation or no-show, you will lose your deposit.
Refunds
Unfortunately, all of our services can't will be return or refundable. All sales are final.
Late Fee
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will also be charged 10% of the service cost, as the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
